Rock on 5th Grade!

I am sooooo proud of you all.  You rocked the house today.  I've been hearing comments from other teachers like, "This was the best assembly ever!" and "Wow!  You must have practiced a lot!"  I owe you donuts on Monday, but more than that, I owe you my thanks for putting the 5th grade reputation back where it should be!  Great job!

We have an in class lunch next Wednesday...Japan style!  Bring a treat to share if you'd like.  We'll eat up in the room at the normal time.  If you eat school lunch as well, that's fine.
Science fair was so fun and I'm just so grateful to have a 5th grade class that is so amazing and creative and professional (when they want to be!)  Keep up the great work.
We have our District Writing Assessment next Thursday...let's work hard and be ready to blow Ms Downs away with our scores!
